Payment Questions

I haven’t received my check

If a paycheck has not been received in the mail after 7 days of issue, please contact Customer Service for a stop payment to be placed on the check.

A stop payment will void the current check allowing a reissue of funds. This process typically takes 3-5 weeks.
A stop payment cannot be placed on direct deposit.

If you have not received a direct deposit, verify you received a payment via the Allied Portal by viewing your paystub information. If so, contact your financial institution to check on the status.

How can I confirm I’m getting paid on Friday?

Allied does not confirm payment until the scheduled pay date.

If you are EVV only, please review the EVV portal to confirm visits are approved Monday before 5:00 PM EST. You may Click Here to log into the EVV Portal.

If you are submitting paper timesheets, review that the timesheet was submitted in the correct format and sent before Monday 12:00 PM EST. Need our fax number or email to submit documents? Click Here

When will my invoice or reimbursement be paid?

Invoice and reimbursement processing times vary by program.

If the processing time has passed, please contact Customer Service for an update.

For any denied invoices or reimbursements, a letter is emailed/mailed to the employer with a reason.

Rapid! Pay Card questions

If you would like apply to have a Rapid! Pay Card you can submit a request for one Here.

If you already have a Rapid! Card and need to replace it you will need to call Rapid! directly at 888-727-4314.

When you receive your Rapid! Pay Card in the mail there are two things you must do:

  1. Call the number on the back of your card to activate it with Rapid!
  2. Contact Allied to inform us that you have received and activated your card for payment to be deposited with the next payroll.

Where can I view my paystubs?

Paystubs are uploaded to Allied’s Portal here. If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it from the log in screen or contact Customer Service for assistance.

When is my Timesheet/EVV due?

Timesheets and EVV approvals must be received by 12:00 PM EST Monday before the pay date regardless of office closures.

Late approvals and/or timesheets will result in a delay of payment.
