Processing Times
Document submissions are processed in the order in which they are received. Please see the processing times for your specific documents. If the processing time has passed, contact Customer Service. Please note, the processing time begins when the document is received by Allied.

Employers:
Referrals: 3 business days
Reassessment/Revision: 5 business days

Why did I receive a Robo-Call?
Allied sends automated calls out during the week to inform employers of errors with employee’s hours. If you receive call and are unsure what it said, please contact Customer Service we are happy to help!
Thursday evenings an automated call is sent out to inform employers of how many providers will be paid the following day. Employee’s also receive a call confirming their payment on Friday.
