SUPPORT FOR SELF-DIRECTED SERVICES
As a premier Financial Management Services Agency,
Allied provides monthly and quarterly reports to its
clients. With
individualized
plans identified by DDS, payment processing is done
in a timely manner. Notifications are made to Case
Managers and families when budgets are exceeded or
appear to be in need of adjustment.
Allied also provides personalized home visits for
all clients who choose to utilize self-directed
services and choose to become household employers of
their service providers. Our employer trainer
provides you with detailed training and support
related to the responsibilities in the role of
Employer while respecting the autonomy and self
direction you desire.
Through ongoing training and development, Allied
maintains the highest levels of efficiency in its
business operations. The professional staff at
Allied will provide you with personalized service
that not only meets your requirements but also
exceed your expectations. Each client is assigned a
direct Customer Account Representative committed to
providing you with the highest level of customer
service that you deserve.
We
have an extensive working relationship with social
workers, case managers, service coordinators,
providers, and employees. Allied provides vendor
payment and payroll for 2,400 individuals receiving
services from DDS and over 4,000 for all of our
programs. Our commitment is to provide prompt,
courteous service with individualized attention.
